Missed a day...Busy with Gwen & Rick LOL
Today was a sad day of goodbyes to new friends!
Anthony and Anita wit their two kids checked out after 9 days, I am going to miss them! They are really cool people and a lovely family.

Also my new friends Travis and Krissy who bought Casa Hakunah Matada left, but they will be back in a few weeks, I will post some pictures of their house as I am keeping an eye on the place while they are away.

                                                             Going to miss them too!
Today we went to Nicoya to run errands, here's me catching Gwen and Rick at the Columbian bakery!

On the way back we stopped for lunch at La Roca for Cosados the typical Tico meal, rice & beans, choice of meat beef, pork chicken or fish, the rest is different at each restaurant, this place serve a bit of fried plantain, a little cabbage salad and some fried potatoes. The view at this place is great two!!

Happy Valentine's Day!!

We went into town today to pick up supplies as I have been really busy!
Doing a special dinner tonight for Valentine's Day, should be fun!
Gotta run reservations in 15 minutes!!

Lots of walk in to the restaurant from Samara at lunch time!

Great night last night, did a family dinner for Anthony & Anita and their friends and family.
Xinia did her usual magic with some grouper I went ad picked up when the fishing boats were coming in

David and Doris from St John's are checking out this am, I really enjoyed them.
His sense of humor reminded me of Derrick a lot! Made me feel a little home sick my love...LOL
One more sleep until Gwen and Rick arrive!! Woo Hoo!

Great evening last night went to El Colibri with all my guests for dinner.
Today I am a little sad as Sarah, Ethan and Emelia just checked out they were a pleasure to meet!

A bunch of my guests heading to Palo Verde National Park for a boat tour this morning so I need to get it in gear!!
