February 4

Well it's official!!
The restaurant is now the Snap'n Gator, Dennis got the signs he made put up yesterday.

                                                                  From the road
                                                                         On the road
                                           And these were our first Snap n' Gator Customers!!

    COOL!!!! Great to see. I guess its truly 'slow 'n' steady wins the race. Are you going to see if you can do 'gator toes'? I really like them!
